CollingwoodToday, in partnership with the Georgian Triangle Humane Society, brings you a regular feature highlighting a special pet that is in need of adoption.

Meet the Georgian Triangle Humane Society pet of the week, Adalyn.
Sweet Adalyn is a timid kitten who is still learning to trust humans, but she is gaining confidence every day. Gentle feeding times, quiet play, and the presence of other friendly cats help her feel safe.
She would thrive in a calm home with understanding adopters who can give her the time and space she needs to come out of her shell. A confident cat friend would be beneficial in showing her humans aren’t so scary.
Adalyn would do best in a quiet household without young children. A home with patient humans, and kids preferably 12 to 14 years old or older, who understand love and trust take time, would be ideal.
With kindness and patience, Adalyn has the potential to blossom and learn humans can be her friends.
