Thursday, December 1 at noon to Tuesday, December 6 at 7 p.m
Please READ THE RULES, particularly the part about credit card authorizations. In short, each time you place a bid, the system places a hold authorization for that amount on your card. When you are outbid, the hold is released. If you bid $50 on ten different items, this means $500 of your available balance will be unavailable until you're outbid. Any winning bids at the end of the auction are captured - meaning your card is charged. We recommend you use a credit card, not a debit card for this auction. A released hold may take several days to reflect on your statement.
What happens if I win?
After the auction closes, it may take us a few days to process the results. If you have won an item, you will receive a confirmation email, which will contain pick up instructions. For any auction related questions, please email [email protected]

HOW IT ALL STARTED
In December of 2014 John and I (Melissa) went axe throwing for the first time in Toronto with a group of old friends from Oakville. After the experience we got in the car, looked at each other and said “Wow! That was awesome! And what an incredible business opportunity.”
We have been discussing it ever since.
We moved our little family from Oakville to Thornbury in 2016 and we adore our life in The Blue Mountains. We love to support our entrepreneurial friends and local businesses and strive to offer something back to the community. Like any good thing, AXED has grown and evolved in a way we could have NEVER predicted.
Our business launched in 2018, with our 20-foot mobile axe throwing trailer. We’ve been fortunate to have had a relationship with Blue Mountain Village since the inception of our business. In fact, our trailer was designed and built specifically to throw axes safely at Blue Mountain! Very quickly, the trailer took off and has now done well over 150 bookings all over Ontario!
Stage 2 of our AXED journey was a little throwing club based in our hometown, Thornbury. Our space was amazing with 4 throwing lanes and bar that hosted epic events up to 40 people. Sadly, Covid did its thing, and we chose to close our club, take a step back and regroup while the world shutdown. We were fortunate to be able to come out the other side and focus on our much larger goal of opening at indoor throwing club at Blue Mountain Village.
Today, we have our fabulous (and insanely popular) trailer AND are have opened AXED Blue Mountain, in the heart of Blue Mountain Village, steps away from Ontario’s Best Ski Resort, Blue Mountain!
We are so incredibly blessed and grateful to be a part of this special community and LOVE that we have a unique and fun was to give back and more importantly…
BRING PEOPLE TOGETHER!
