Following a recent restructuring of Rogers TV that reduced the size of operations in Eastern Canada, some programming changes are being made that impact the coverage of Town of Collingwood Council and Committee meetings.
Going forward, Rogers TV channel 53 will broadcast one Town of Collingwood Council and Committee of the Whole meeting per month. The broadcast schedule for the remainder of 2024 includes coverage of the following Council and Committee of the Whole meetings:
The schedule of meetings being broadcast in 2025 will be shared at a later date. We understand that some residents relied on this coverage to stay informed and up-to-date on Council and Town matters and apologize for this reduction in coverage. Council and Committee meetings will continue to be livestreamed on YouTube and are available for playback at your convenience on the Town’s YouTube channel.
