Heritage Property Tax Relief Program - 2025 Applications

New applicants: If you’re a new owner of a designated heritage property or have never participated in the program in previous years, you’re eligible to apply to receive an up to 20% rebate on your property taxes. Please submit your application no later than March 31, 2025. 

Previous applicants: Designated heritage property owners who have applied in previous years (2024 and prior) are no longer required to submit an annual application form to receive the rebate.
