Hey Kids! March Break is here, and it’s time to PLAY!
Join Theatre Collingwood for our exciting March Break Drama Camp, where creativity takes center stage, and friendships bloom! This fun-filled, action-packed week is the perfect opportunity to explore your imagination, build your self-confidence, and most of all... HAVE FUN!
Our instructors are experienced theatre professionals who know what it takes to create magic on the stage! Their passion for the stage is contagious, and they are eager to share their knowledge and skills with you.
This camp is designed for kids ages 8-12 and is perfect for all levels of experience. Whether you're a seasoned performer or trying theatre for the first time, our team will ensure you have a rewarding theatrical adventure at March Break Drama Camp!
You'll play tons of theatre games, create fun characters, and collaborate with fellow campers to put on a performance that’s sure to impress!
Instructor: Nadia Hovan is the Co-Founder of Theatre Georgian Bay, a native of Vancouver and a graduate of the musical theatre program at the Randolph College for the Performing Arts in Toronto. She lives in Collingwood and although she spent decades working as a professional actor across Canada, Nadia now loves creating content for the film/tv industry. She has received numerous producing/development credits for movies on Lifetime, W Network, Sy Fy, Tubi, Corus and the Hallmark Channel.
Musical Director: Greg Gibson was born and raised in Collingwood, which is where he started studying piano, vocal and music theory as a child. He has since gone on to have a career in music as a freelance musical director, conductor, pianist, composer, arranger and music copyist for over 20 years. He’s also been working as band leader for the Holland America Line cruise ships. Greg has returned to Collingwood and we lucky to have him.
