Beyond Bookkeeping offers full bookkeeping services to small business and corporate clients as well as the preparation of personal tax returns. Being in business for over 15 years we have been able to learn from our clientele and create the most beneficial and cost-effective scenarios. Therefore, we are able to facilitate a variety of clients with very particular needs with time sensitive deadlines and\or requirements.
Our services can include the following:
- Data entry of all sale and expense transactions and the continuous maintenance of a client’s records
- Reconciliation of accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Creation of customized client sale invoice including logo insert
- Reconciliation of all business bank statement(s) and business credit card(s)
- Calculation, reconciliation, and submission of government remittances: HST\Source and WSIB
- Additional clerical work beyond finances as required and requested by the client
- Schedule pickup of documents as requested by clients along with two dropboxes available in The Town of Blue Mountains and Collingwood area
- Preparation of T1 General and the associated schedule(s) necessary for small business
Our office works on the premise no two clients are the same. The protocol is created, modified and adjusted to suit the needs of one such client. The understanding of a client’s requirements is pertinent in creating the individualized protocol inevitable for move forward planning.
