TAKE NOTICE that Council of the Corporation of the Town of Collingwood declared property legally described as Plan 73 Part Lot 12 Beech Street W/S, Plan 73 Part Lot 12 Birch Street E/S located between 16 and 20 Beech Street, as surplus to the needs of the municipality, and intend to sell the land to an abutting property owner in accordance with the Town’s Land Sale By-law. Special terms and conditions apply to the purchase of this property.
The earliest date that Council may consider passing a by-law to enter into a Purchase and Sale Agreement with the abutting property owners for the subject lands will be during the regular meeting of Council Monday, March 31, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 97 Hurontario Street, Collingwood, Ontario.
