I have spent my entire working career in sales and customer service with many successes for my customers and clients. These last 14 years have been in real estate with my wife, Deb Allen and with Royal City Realty. It’s all about loyalty to our clients and putting their interests first that makes us feel good about what we do. I am lately focusing on 2 diverse groups of clients: first-time buyers (I’m a stickler for getting them to understand the contracts and paperwork.) and seniors as they transition from the family home or farm to different homes. I have a lot of experience with these situations including those of my late parents and my in-laws. It is extremely satisfying to help people get settled in a new environment. My other passion is our farm up in Clearview Township! I’m learning so much from my rural neighbours and it is a nice little piece of country where I can go and re-charge for the next challenge!
What is your ideal morning routine?
Up early and a nice long walk along the Speed River here in Guelph or through the forest at the farm.
What do you love about being a REALTOR?
The relationships with our clients; many times they feel like our extended family!
