Santas are returning to sleigh the slopes at Blue Mountain Friday, Dec. 22 at 9 a.m. Skiers and riders were invited to kick-off their Christmas holidays by dressing up as the big guy and purchasing a discounted lift ticket with all of the proceeds going to Elephant Thoughts Educational Outreach.

“This is always a great way to get into the festive season and our busiest time of year,” says Tara Lovell, manager of public relations for Blue. “Plus bringing people together to support an important community cause, is the best way to kick off the holidays at Blue. Just remember you have to be dressed up to redeem your pre-purchased ticket!”

Hundreds of Santas have registered for the event and made their donation to support. This Friday, Santa Ski participants can feel good about their contribution and enjoy the open runs from the Silver Bullet lift and jingling all the way into another happy holiday at the hill.

Ticket and event information can be found online here.
