Fast cars and fast skiers will feature today at Blue Mountain.
Today the world’s best ski-cross athletes will careen down a course that twists, turns, and rolls for the Audi FIS Ski Cross World Cup.
Ski Cross is a head-to-head race downhill on a course with varied terrains.
The final races start at noon on Saturday, Jan. 26, with qualifiers taking place in the morning.
Spectators can watch the races for free from the bottom of the hill or in Blue Mountain Village. Athletes competing in the World Cup will be working toward the FIS World Championships, and previous Olympic medallists are scheduled to compete.
