Might as well find joy in the snow, it's going to be here a while.

The following services in the Town of Collingwood have been impacted by today's snowstorm:

The Town of Collingwood has issued a notice at 9:30 a.m., Feb. 13, to let transit riders know the crosstown bus is running but is not providing service to Cranberry West, Dawson Drive and Sunset Point areas because of road conditions. Updates will be posted to the town's website and social media pages.

Centennial Aquatic Centre is also getting a late start this morning with the 8:30 a.m. classes cancelled. The pool closed early last night, also because of the weather. The latest update states the pool is open as of noon.

Simcoe County's LINX transit system, which connects Wasaga Beach, Collingwood, and Blue Mountain Village among others, is running, but there have been some delays due to road conditions. According to a notice posted by the county this morning, transit drivers are prioritizing safety and operating with caution. The county suggests allowing extra travel time and check for updates as conditions change.

The outdoor rink at Central Park is closed until noon while staff work to clear the snow off of it.

The Collingwood Museum is open, but only the east entrance, as blowing snow keeps accumulating in the west entrance.

The Collingwood Curling Club is also closed until at least 2 p.m. today.
