The downtown Halloween celebration, Black Harvest Festival, returns this year with Collingwood businesses embracing the spooky season.
On Saturday, Oct. 29, visit Collingwood's downtown for a trick-or-treat trip and to enjoy the decorated windows and Halloween displays.
All businesses displaying an orange witch sign in the window are welcoming children for trick-or-treating from 10 a.m. to noon.
At U-Pick Parties, the balloon artists will be making characters for kids to take home, and Georgian Life will set up a free photo booth to capture your family costumes.
At 12:30 p.m. gather at the town hall for a costume contest, with prizes in different age categories up to 10 years old. There will also be a family costume category.
