Are you trying to make plans this weekend, but aren’t sure what’s going on?

Here are five things to do in and around Collingwood.

1. Blue Mountain Film Festival

The Blue Mountain Film Festival is running from June 1-4 at the Village Conference Centre at Blue Mountain Village. The festival presents 25 films over four days, including award-winning stories from around the globe and breakthrough Canadian films. For more information, click here.

2. Collingwood Garden Club Plant Sale

The annual plant sale will be running at Trinity United Church in Collingwood on Saturday, June 3 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. or until they sell out. Locally grown and nurtured perennials, veggie and tomato plants as well as garden tools and decor will be available. Cash only. For more information, click here.

3. Trail Tunes

Trail Tunes is a regional event that connects communities by trail and by song with 12 concerts at three trailhead locations in Collingwood, Clearview and Wasaga Beach on June 3. The event will be running from 12 to 4 p.m., and will end with a headliner concert at the Shipyard Amphitheatre in Collingwood from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. For more information, click here.

4. Steak Dinner and Dance

The Collingwood Agricultural Society will be hosting its annual steak dinner and dance on June 3 at the GNE Fairgrounds. Entry fee includes dinner, dessert, silent auction, draws and dancing. All proceeds support the GNE. Tickets are $50 and are available at Mountain Men Barbershop in Collingwood. For more information, click here.

5. Gutsy Walk

The five-kilometre Gutsy Walk is taking place in Collingwood on June 4 at 11 a.m. starting at the Sunset Point pavilion.
