Jingle bells, namaste, festive yoga class will benefit food bank

A local yoga instructor is decking the halls with cobra poses and sun salutations.

Jennifer Nocito of Yoga First and Spa is planning a special holiday yoga class in support of the local food bank this weekend.

Nocito is the owner of Yoga First and Spa. She’s a registered massage therapist and a yoga and pilates instructor.

The yoga class on Sunday, Dec. 15 will take place at Red Scarf Equestrian (75 Ontario Street) and admission is by cash or non-perishable food item donation.

Registration is at 12:30 p.m. with the class beginning at 1 p.m.

All those attending should wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat and some water.

The class is open to anyone, including yoga beginners.
