Get ready to welcome a new feline friend into your life, as Kittypalooza returns on Nov. 8 and 9.

This beloved annual adoption event, sponsored by Royal Canin, marks the official start of the Georgian Triangle Humane Society’s (GTHS) 25th-annual holiday campaign, celebrating 25 years of second chances for pets in need.

From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, the GTHS Animal Centre at 549 Tenth Line in Collingwood will open its doors to all cat lovers, offering special adoption fees of $75 for kittens and $50 for adult cats.

Each adoption fee includes spay/neuter surgery, up-to-date vaccinations, parasite treatment, and a microchip, ensuring pets are ready for their new homes.

“Kittypalooza is a special event for us and the community,” says Karen Marsh, executive director of the GTHS. “Every cat and kitten that finds a home is given a second chance to experience a loving family and a safe space. We invite everyone to come down, meet our adoptable cats, and take part in this celebration of second chances as we kick off our 25th holiday campaign.”

How to Adopt:
Come down to the GTHS Animal Centre on Friday, Nov. 8, or Saturday, Nov. 9, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. to give a cat or kitten a second chance at a loving home. Make sure to view adoptable cats ahead of the event at gths.ca/animals-for-adoption.

This November, start the season of giving by opening your heart and home to a cat or kitten in need. Give them the second chance they deserve and help the GTHS continue its mission to provide compassionate care and safe refuge for animals.
