You can start your Friday mornings learning about extinct civilizations, and you can leave your pyjamas on if you like.
The Georgian Triangle Lifelong Learning Institute is starting a new six-week lecture series on Friday, Jan. 14 featuring four experts examining five civilizations.
The lectures will profile neanderthals, the Mediterranean Bronze Age, Indigenous people of the St. Lawrence, ancient Britons, and Rome.
Though the series will be live-streamed, subscribers can also watch the video at their convenience before the end of June.
Tickets for the six-part series are $50 and are available online at gtlli.ca.
