CHRISTMAS DAY FEAST

After eight successful years of hosting the only public meal on Christmas Day, the organizing committee has decided to cancel the Christmas Day Feast in Collingwood.
This has been a passion project for the organizers, but due to personal circumstances several of them are unable to continue with their roles and have made the difficult decision to cancel further events.
Founding Chairperson, Marg Scheben-Edey said, “We are so proud of the joy this event brought to so many. We served thousands of meals, watched children grow year after year and saw the magic we were able to bring and share on such a special day. This truly was a community event - including over 100 volunteers each year, generous support from community businesses & individuals, and all the wonderful guests who made the event worthwhile. We are deeply grateful.”
The committee wishes to extend a heartfelt “thank you” to every person who helped support the Feast and made it the success it was.
