The sixth annual Georgian Triangle Humane Society Walkathon took place at Blue Mountain Resort on Sunday, bringing together both humans and canines to raise money for a good cause.
Sonya Reichel, executive director for the GTHS, was astounded by number of people who registered for the walk, estimating that over 200 people attended the event.
“It’s so incredible to see so many come out,” she said. “I’m blown away.”
Reichel added that 100% of the proceeds from the walk go to support GTHS operations.
