It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our devoted friend, Melody, beloved daughter of the late Edwin and Brigitta Bryenton of Singhampton, Ontario.
Melody was a source of support, knowledge and understanding for anyone in need, and her talents ranged from baking to bookkeeping, and from civil law to electrical repair. Melody graduated with an Honour’s degree in economics from the University of Waterloo, and had careers preparing taxes with H&R Block and delivering the news with Enterprise Bulletin. Beyond her keen, analytical mind, Melody had a fondness for classical jazz music and film.
Melody will be greatly missed by her friends, who treated her like family, including Mary, Erik, Lynne, Gary, Wendy, Scott, Christine, Steve, Elaine, and Delora. Those who frequently encountered Melody’s joyful spirit along her paper route will also remember her in the beautiful letters and cards given and received. Melody’s soul was as beautiful, brilliant, just, and generous as anybody could encounter in a lifetime.
Our lives were enriched because of you, Melody, and we will never forget you.
