It is with great sadness that we announce the tragic death of Kinga ("Kay") Kriston, loving mother, daughter, sister, and friend on Friday June 10, 2022, at the age of 55. She will be forever cherished by her daughter Sarah Copnick. Born in Budapest, Hungary to late parents Magda and Károly "Karcsi", Kinga is survived by her brother Tibor (Jennifer), nephew Owen, and niece Avery.
Kinga called Collingwood home. Kinga embraced Collingwood’s lifestyle of skiing, hiking, boating, and enjoying the outdoors with Sarah and their dog, Molly; she had found a place she truly considered home. Kinga was passionate about her career in real estate and helping others, as was demonstrated by the numerous charitable organizations she worked with over the years.
Kinga will be deeply missed by her family and circle of friends. A celebration of life will be held on Sunday June 19, 2022, from 1-3 p.m. at the Toronto Ski Club.
