February 6, 1929 – February 4, 2025
Mom passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 4, 2025, just two days shy of her 96th birthday.
Florence was the beloved wife of the late Ben Leavell and cherished mother of Alice Paetsch (Terry), Susan Morton (David) and the late Robert Leavell and the late Helen Leavell. Devoted grandmother of Melanie Hecht (Duncan), Mandy Christenson (Dennis), Allison Buckley (Scott), Lincoln and Ainsley (Cameron). Florence will be missed by her numerous Great Grandsons, especially Zachary and Logan.
The family wishes to thank Dr. Mark Quigg and his staff for their kindness and care of mom over the years.
Her family will receive friends on Tuesday, February 11, 2025 from 6p.m to 8p.m. at the Chatterson Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday, February 12, 2025 at 11a.m., with visitation one hour prior to the service. The ceremony will be available on the Chatterson YouTube channel for live or delayed viewing. A reception to follow. Spring interment to take place at Christ Church Cemetery Batteaux.
