LEWIS, Robert “Bob” John of Collingwood, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 26th, 2024, at Campbell House Hospice at the age of 88. Bob was the beloved husband of the late Joan (Bristow) Lewis (2022) for over 65 years. He will be sadly missed by his siblings Murray Lewis, Tim (Norma) Eccelstone, Diane Patten, sister-in-law Audrey Lewis and foster-sister Elinore Hollingshead. Bob will also be remembered by Joan’s surviving family, George (Sherry) Bristow and his many nieces and nephews. Bob was predeceased by his parents, Albert and Jessie Lewis, as well as siblings, Hazel (Pat) Carfagnini, Sterling Lewis, Doreen (Gordon) Sturrock, Lyle Lewis and in-law’s Pam Lewis, Jean (Howard) Bell and Russell (Marie) Bristow.
A graveside service will take place on Friday, July 5th at 11:00am at Trinity United Cemetery, Collingwood. A reception will follow at 12:00pm at the Chatterson Funeral Home, 404 Hurontario Street, Collingwood.
