Died peacefully on Friday June 28, 2024 at his home, at the age of 65. Charlie of Stayner, beloved husband of Zofia Rankin. Dear father of Lauraine Barnard and Samantha Lowe. Cherished grandfather of Sebastian and Oliver. Dear brother of brother Bill Lowe and sister Marion McIntyre. Charlie will also be missed by his canine companion Mac aka Goofy as Charlie called him. Missed by Uncle Dalton Lowe, the extended Lowe family and his friends, neighbours and his Masonic and Shrine brethren.
Charlie was a kind man with a gentle soul. He operated Lowe’s Excavating and was known for his integrity and workmanship. He enjoyed travelling and spending time at his farm with family and friends.
Friends will be received at the Carruthers & Davidson Funeral Home -Stayner Chapel, 7313 Highway 26, Stayner on Tuesday July 2, 2024 from 3 to 7 p.m. A private funeral service will be held with interment at Stayner Union Cemetery.
