Ben, beloved husband of Bernice for over 65 years, was formerly of Thunder Bay, ON and Toronto. Later in life, he moved to Wasaga Beach, where he owned and operated Larry’s Esso for 49 years alongside his wife.
He was a devoted father to Larry (Brenda), Elaine (Steve), and Craig (Lauri). Proud grandfather to Cheyanne, Hailey and Nick. He is survived by his sister Roseanne and his brother Mark of Thunder Bay, ON. He was predeceased by his sister Leda.
Ben was an active member of the Knights of Columbus and Wasaga Beach Probus. He enjoyed playing shuffleboard and spent ten years travelling, including Florida in his RV.
Prior to the service we invite you to join us in coming together as we remember and celebrate the life of our beloved Ben Sacchetti.
The service will be held on Wednesday September 11, 2024, at St. Noel Chabanel Church, 133 Dunkerron Ave, Wasaga Beach, ON L9Z 2H2 at 11:00am. Reception to follow.
