Passed away suddenly, yet peacefully at Collingwood General & Marine Hospital on Saturday, June 29, 2024. Jack was born in Oakville on February 3, 1954 to parents Jack and Louise (nee Ward) Thorndike. Many fond memories were formed at the golf course and curling rink. Jack has made friendships over the years, all the way back to his formative years. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Cremation has taken place.
