Peacefully at Campbell House Hospice, Collingwood on Sunday, June 25, 2023 in her 87th year.
Betty of Wasaga Beach, was the beloved partner of Don Thompson for over 40 years. Loving mother of Bev Graham (Burnel), Russ Train (Wendy), Sherry Greer and John Train (Sue). Cherished grandmother of Patrick Train and Jason Train. Dear sister of Lorna Warren (the late Gord). Sadly missed aunt of Donny, Lawrie, Scott and great-aunt of Sonya and Dylan.
Betty loved playing Bingo, knitting, crocheting, and travelling. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Betty’s life is being planned for a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Betty to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
