Passed away peacefully in his sleep, at Bay Haven Retirement Community on Monday, February 1, 2021, in his 83
rd year. Predeceased by his wife Lois (nee Robinson) Weldon. Loving father of Kevin (Lisa) and Shawn (Angie). Dear grandpa of Elizabeth, Samantha and Matthew. Survived by his siblings, many nieces, nephews and friends. Bob retired from Goodall Rubber after 38 years of service. In his spare time, his family would vacation in the summer at Sunny Valley Camp Ground. Prior to that they spent many years at Bayview Park in Thornbury. Bob was also a familiar face bringing festive cheer to many as Santa Claus, for more than 40 years. Arrangements have been entrusted to Chatterson Funeral Home, Collingwood. A family service was held at Batteau Christ Church Anglican Cemetery. Remembrances of Bob may be made to Canadian Diabetes, Heart & Stroke or MS Society.
