Local police charged a Clearview woman with impaired driving after pulling her over on Mosley Street in Wasaga Beach early this morning.
Details provided in a news release from the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) indicate police on patrol on March 6 at 12:45 a.m. stopped a vehicle operating without rear lights and after a brief discussion conducted an impaired driving investigation.
As a result of the investigation, police arrested and charged a 39-year-old from Clearview Township with operation of a vehicle while impaired with a blood alcohol concentration over 80.
The accused is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
