A Clearview man has been charged in relation to a sexual assault that allegedly took place in the late 1970s.
On April 2, police began an investigation after a victim reported a sexual assault that happened between 1978 and 1979 at Stayner Collegiate Institute, where the accused was a teacher, Huronia West OPP said in a news release.
Paul Neill Lanz, 77, has been charged with rape and sexual intercourse with a female between 14 and 16 years of age. He has a Dec. 17 court date in Collingwood.
