CLEARVIEW TOWNSHIP - On July 25, 2018 at approximately 2 p.m., members of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police, Clearview Fire Department, and Simcoe County Paramedic Service responded to a motor vehicle collision involving two vehicles on County Road #10 and Concession #12 in Clearview Township.
An 86-year-old female driver from Wasaga Beach, Ont., was subsequently airlifted to a hospital in Toronto, Ont. with serious injuries.
On July 28, 2018 the female driver succumbed to her injuries. The deceased has been identified as Kathleen MacDonald of Wasaga Beach.
