Here are some tips for standing out in your next interview.
Prepare for common interview questions.

- What are your main hobbies?
- What is your greatest achievement?
- Where do you see yourself in five years' time?
Next, the importance of researching the company before the interview should not be understated.
“Read up on their values and mission statement, so you can talk about how you align with them during the interview,” says [insert last name]. “Look at their website, social media channels, YouTube channel or other online sources to understand what they do and what they're working on right now. This will help you impress the interviewer with knowledge about their company as well as give you a great foundation to ask more informed questions during the interview.”
It’s important to also be confident when you step into your next interview – it does make a difference. “You can be confident in your next interview by knowing that you have done your research on the company, the culture, and the person interviewing you,” adds George] “You should also take some time beforehand to know their needs and come up with an answer as to how you can offer them a solution.”
