The Café will be open Monday to Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., offering a variety of lunch specials, including soups and chilli, sandwiches, hotdogs, muffins, cookies, coffee and more. Staffed by participants from Events for Life Centre, the Café will provide participants with the opportunity for community work experience and to learn new service skills. All proceeds from the café are in support of Events for Life.

“It’s great that the Town has partnered to provide the space for Events for Life to operate their café,” explained Mayor Alar Soever. “The participants are learning valuable skills while providing a great service for our community, and the lunch offering is delicious and affordable.”
