The Town would like to advise residents of scheduled construction work to improve the exterior of the Craigleith Heritage Depot to improve safety and energy efficiency. This project is partially funded by the Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program.

Project Scope
The work will include the removal and upgrading of all existing wood cladding and protective products, such as sheathing and vapour barrier to a new, more resilient exterior cladding solution. The work will also include the rehabilitation of cedar turret components and wood moulding around the windows.
What To Expect & Service Interruptions
The Craigleith Heritage Depot will remain open throughout the planned construction work.
Residents in the immediate area may experience increased noise and debris onsite associated with normal construction activities.
Construction Work Hours
All construction activities will take place from Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
