April was National Poetry Month, and Collingwood Public Library staff were inspired by the town’s Poet Laureate Day Merrill to post videos of themselves reading poetry. Merrill posted a poem every day on the town website. You can see the videos the library staff posted here.

You can also celebrate poetry month this evening at the Pints and Poems event hosted by Merrill online. Join the poet laureate tonight at 7 p.m. and read some original poetry or share a published poem. You’re also welcome to listen. Register for the Zoom meeting here.
