Essential worker of the day: Steve and Luann Wong

This regular feature on CollingwoodToday seeks to recognize and thank local frontline and essential workers through community submissions of photographs and words of thanks

Anthoinette Rebello would like to acknowledge her daughter and son-in-law, both of whom are essential workers during the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Rebello's daughter, Luanne Wong, is a registered nurse at Collingwood General and Marine Hospital. 

"Thank you to you and the entire staff at your hospital," said the proud mom. 

Rebello's son-in-law Steve Wong is a Fed-Ex driver. 

"Thanks to you and your team for making deliveries to the Collingwood community," said Rebello.
