Blue Mountain Village Foundation is excited to be hosting our annual charity golf event on Sept. 20 and this year in celebration of the foundation's 20th anniversary.

The event will be held at the beautiful Monterra Golf Course at Blue Mountain, which is celebrating its 35th anniversary.

The day includes fun activities, breakfast sponsored by Sunset Grill, lunch sponsored by Blue Mountain Village restaurants, cocktail hour, gourmet dinner, entertainment, prizes and auctions.

“It’s my hope that our community will help support the 20th-anniversary charity golf event by registering, sponsoring, or donating an auction item and by joining us for a fun day of golf and play. Sponsorships and  donations from organizations and businesses help us raise funds to support this community and the vital charities within it, ultimately making this area a better place to live, work and play,” says Deb Piggott, event manager.

Registration is now open. To register, sponsor, or to purchase tickets for this event, please contact Deb Piggott at [email protected] or 705-888-3636.

There are a limited number of sponsorship opportunities still available, as well as golf ticket and dinner-only sales. Gather your friends and join us for this fun event supporting vital charities in this community.

The Blue Mountain Village Foundation was established with the sole purpose of supporting charities in the communities surrounding the South Georgian Bay areas and the Blue Mountain Village.

The foundation is dedicated to awarding grants to charitable organizations in the South Georgian Bay areas (including Collingwood, Wasaga Beach, Stayner, Town of The Blue Mountains, Meaford, Duntroon, Singhampton, Kimberley and Creemore), whose activities address social gaps in our community.

The Village Foundation is committed to enhancing quality of life including the areas of health, education, the arts, the environment, recreation and more. To date, we have raised more than $1.8 million dollars which has been invested back into our community through meaningful and necessary programs and support services making this area a better place to live, work and play.
