National Day of KINdness is for Kin members and clubs to celebrate our Founder’s Day (Feb. 20, 1920) and commitment to serving the community’s greatest need.

The Kinette Club of Collingwood participated in the 8th National Day of KINdness on Saturday, Feb. 22.

Members of the club gathered at Collingwood’s Town Hall and tied scarves to the flag posts with a note stating that they were free to anyone in need.  Then the members toured the Main Street completing random acts of kindness.

Packets of hot chocolate; toonies; lottery tickets; chocolates and cookies were handed out to many people along the street and many businesses were visited to thank them for their continued support.
