Ontario Premier Doug Ford announced the next stage in the re-opening of the province's economy Wednesday, which will see another wave of retail stores and services open beginning this Friday: 

Friday, May 8 - Garden centres and nurseries (in-store and curbside pick-up)

Saturday, May 9 - Hardware and safety supply stores (in-store and curbside pick-up)

Monday, May 11 - Retail stores with entrances facing the street can offer curbside pick-up 

Multi-unit residential construction projects and demolition on essential construction projects were also re-opened by the province Wednesday.

Premier Doug Ford is slated to provide his daily COVID-19 update at 1:00 p.m. at Queen's Park today.

He will be joined by Christine Elliott, Deputy Premier and Minister of Health, Rod Phillips, Minister of Finance, and Vic Fedeli, Minister of Economic Development, Job Creation and Trade, to make the announcement.
