The Town of Collingwood's "gift-it-forward" parking ticket campaign is back for the holidays.
From Nov. 25 to Dec. 6, 2024, you can pay for your parking ticket by donating a new unwrapped toy or non-perishable food items.
To be eligible:
- Ticket must be issued between November 25 and December 6, 2024. Fire route and accessible parking violations are excluded from this campaign.
- Toys/ food must be of equal or greater value to the set fine on the ticket.
- The toy/ food receipt must be presented at the time of donation.
- Donate in person at town hall before noon on December 6, 2024.
Town hall is located at 97 Hurontario St. and is open Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
For more information, please contact customer service at 705-445-1030. Following the gift-it-forward parking ticket campaign, free downtown holiday parking will commence Dec. 7, 2024 to January 5, 2025.
