The Meaford Culture Foundation is thrilled to be hosting its annual fundraising silent auction online from November 15 to 30 – just in time for holiday shopping. With over 70 items available, everyone is sure to find something special.
This year, the Meaford Culture Foundation (MCF) celebrates its 18th year operating as an independent charitable organization devoted to the preservation and advancement of arts and culture in our community.
From funding major capital upgrades at Meaford Hall, to funding local concert series, youth music and arts programs, post-secondary scholarships and more, MCF has raised over $700,000 for renovations and refurbishments to the Meaford Hall Arts and Culture Centre, and contributed more than $300,000 to the local arts and culture community since 2006.
With no paid employees and a devoted contingent of volunteers, 98 cents of every dollar the group raises has directly funded such initiatives. The foundation’s work
supporting local arts and culture in the community is possible thanks to the generous financial contributions from our sponsors and donors… including people like you.
