The Collingwood Regional Airport sale hasn’t closed yet.
CAO Fareed Amin said Monday morning the sale was not yet closed and the town would be providing additional details in the next few days.
According to Amin, the town is working with Winterland “on the results of its due diligence and clearing the conditions.”
In December, the town announced the airport sale would close by the end of January 2019.
Previous announcements set the closing date on Nov. 26, October 2018, and Sept. 25.
The town announced the sale of the Collingwood Regional Airport to Winterland Developments Ltd. on Aug. 2.
