On Sept. 7, 2019 at approximately 11:40 p.m. the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police responded to a serious single motor vehicle collision on Side Road 20 between the Third and Fourth Line in the Township of Guelph-Eramosa Township.
Investigation revealed that a sedan was travelling westbound on Side Road 20 when the driver lost control and left the roadway. The vehicle collided with a tree and rolled over. The driver, a 25-year-old man from the Blue Mountains, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The driver's identity will not be released at the request of the family.
