The Town of The Blue Mountains would like to advise residents that an Official Plan Comment Matrix has been posted to the project webpage. In addition, an Open House has been scheduled to provide public engagement and comment opportunities.
The Comment Matrix document summarizes all public comments received at the previous Public Meeting and Statutory Open House, which Staff have reviewed and responded to.
Open House Meeting
An Open House is scheduled for Friday, November 22, 2024, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm in Council Chambers at Town Hall (32 Mill Street, Thornbury, ON).
This informal session will allow residents to ask questions and have final discussions with Town Staff before a recommendation report is prepared. There will be no formal staff presentation during the Open House.
Next Steps
Staff are working toward bringing a recommendation report and final draft of the Official Plan to the Committee of the Whole on December 10, 2024.
